You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to purchase a subscription. Service is available only within our designated delivery and pickup areas.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including name, contact details, delivery address, and dietary information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to notify us promptly of any changes to your contact, delivery, or payment information.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. Applicable taxes and fees, if any, will be added at checkout or in accordance with law.

By starting a subscription, you authorize Hyder Kitchen to charge your payment method on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe, for the plan you selected until the subscription is canceled in accordance with these Terms.

Your billing frequency (for example, weekly or monthly) is displayed at checkout and in your order confirmation. Charges will occur automatically at the start of each billing cycle.

If a payment fails, we may retry the charge, pause meal preparation, or suspend service until payment is received. You remain responsible for any unpaid amounts owed for services rendered.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current price for your plan, unless canceled before the renewal date.

To cancel a subscription, you must contact Hyder Kitchen directly by phone at (201) 366-1017, by text at (551) 271-8683, or by email at support@hyderkitchen.com. Cancellation requests received after meals have been prepared for the upcoming cycle will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Delivery and pickup are governed by our Delivery & Pickup Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of the website by, any other party.

All content on the website — including logos, text, images, recipes, and branding — is owned by Hyder Kitchen or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or our systems.
• Interfering with or disrupting the website or servers.
• Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Using the service in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

Hyder Kitchen is not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, labor disputes, utility or transportation failures, government actions, or public-health emergencies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting Hyder Kitchen. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hudson County, New Jersey, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
