Meal Subscription Agreement

• You authorize Hyder Kitchen to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis through Stripe for the plan you selected.
• Your subscription continues automatically at the frequency shown at checkout until you cancel it by contacting Hyder Kitchen.
• Prices may change with reasonable advance notice. If a price changes, the new price will apply to your next billing cycle after the notice period.

• You agree to recurring payments processed by Stripe.
• You agree to all Hyder Kitchen policies referenced above and linked from the checkout page.
• You agree to provide accurate and current information, including contact and delivery details.
• You agree to disclose dietary restrictions and food allergies before your subscription begins so we can confirm whether we are able to safely accommodate you.
• You agree to handle, refrigerate, store, and reheat meals properly after delivery or pickup.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting Hyder Kitchen. Cancellations take effect according to the timing described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
