Delivery & Pickup Policy

We currently deliver to select areas of New Jersey. Select areas of New York may be available on a pickup-only or waitlist basis. Availability is confirmed at checkout based on your address.

Meals are delivered during our standard evening delivery window. Exact windows may vary based on route, weather, and traffic. We will notify you of significant changes when possible.

Pickup orders may be collected at Hyder Kitchen, 68 Logan Ave, Jersey City, NJ 07306, during the window communicated in your order confirmation. Please bring your name or order reference.

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address, unit number, and contact information. We recommend using the Google Maps address verification provided during checkout.

• If you are unavailable to receive a delivery, our driver will leave the meal at the delivery address per the delivery instructions on file when it is safe to do so.
• Missed pickups are held only for the pickup window communicated in your order confirmation.
• We are not able to guarantee replacement of meals missed due to incorrect address, unavailability, or failure to collect within the pickup window.

If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may attempt redelivery when possible. Additional delivery fees may apply.

Deliveries may be delayed by weather, traffic, or other conditions outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.

A delivery is considered complete when the meal has been handed to you, left at the designated delivery address in accordance with your delivery instructions, or collected at pickup. Once the meal has been successfully delivered or picked up, responsibility transfers to you for proper storage, refrigeration, handling, and reheating.

This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection or food-safety laws.
